Chocolate Ganache
Our SIGNATURE cake is elegance brought to life in dark, milk or white chocolate. Ganache is rich, fresh cream mixed with Belgian chocolate specially prepared to seduce you like LEGALIZED EVIL ... creating a landscape of temptation. The Ganache itself rests between 3 dense layers of sponge cake all delicately-graced on top with handmade chocolate rose petals worthy of the Garden of Eden.

Duo Chocolate
A white chocolate mousse and a dark chocolate mousse topped with milk chocolate curls, on top of a thin layer of chocolate sponge cake. This cake offers a stunning presentation plus an unforgettable taste experience.

Fresh Fruit Cheesecake
Rich and creamy, dense yet smooth, this high-demand cake offers glazed seasonal fruit combined with our much lauded baked New York-style cheesecake. Dappled with a snow-shower of icing sugar, this is a dessert anyone will be proud to serve.

Grand Marnier Chocolate Mousse Cake

Mille-Feuilles
It's true – seemingly 1,000 sheets of tender light pastry stashed full with two complete layers of light custard. Cover the top with luscious white fondant, drizzle dark Belgian chocolate in squiggly rivulets.

A long pastry cylinder of sweet craziness filled with whipped cream and pastry cream – covered in dark Belgian chocolate for the perfect snack on-the-run or relaxing at tea-time. Even the pastry is sweet and good, naughty and nice. Ouch!

Bigger isn't always better – this individual portion of our famous larger tarte is smaller but inserted with just as much flamboyant flavour! Bite into this baby and travel to a world where if you know how to use what God gave you they'll throw themselves at your feet! Fresh fruit and pastry cream willingly suffocate under a glistening duvet of apricot glaze.
