Purple? What’s that! Yes -- the unique purple tone of this bread is caused by ANTHOCYANIN, a pigment also found in BLUEBERRIES – ANTHOCYANIN contains antioxidants which discourage the formation of damaging free radicals (that can cause cellular damage).
