Product description: 2 layers of vanilla sponge cake soaked in a expresso syrup. Filled with a Marscapone cream cheese filling, the top is finish with a thin layer of Dutch cocoa powder, and a white chocolate flower.
Ingredient: sponge cake (flour, emulsifier, eggs, sugar, baking powder), Marscapone cheese, fresh cream, coffee extract, coffee liqueur, sugar, eggs, tiramisu flavor, cocoa powder, white chocolate.
Special Serving Requirement: keep refrigerated at all time, use hot knife to slice cake.

Product description: 2 layers of chocolate sponge cake, 2 layers of dark chocolate bavaroise cream, a ring of almond biscuit around the cake, a layer of cookie crumbs mixed with pure milk chocolate. Top with a dark chocolate ganache, decorated with a white chocolate curl, 3 piece of chocolate Decor, and a sprinkle of pailleter feuilletine.
Ingredient: dark chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, cocoa, whip cream, almond and possible nuts, sponge cake chocolate (flour, emulsifier, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder). White and milk chocolate.
Special Serving Requirement: Take out of the refrigerator 15 minute before serving.Use hot knife to cut the cake so to have nicely clean cut.
