Yeast free bread, which is made from 95% unbleached wheat flour and 5% rye flour. It is fat free, sugar free, cholesterol free with no added yeast. This bread has a hearty flavor that would go well with soup, stews and sandwiches.

Product description: a traditional artisan crusty German dark rye loaf made without added yeast.

Ingredient: white unbleached flour, dark rye flour, levain, water, and salt, European rye flavor.

Sales Description: This loaf is made with dark rye flour and unbleached wheat flour. It is full of flavor and make a great accompaniment to B.C. smoked salmon or smoked meats.

Ingredient: water, unbleached white flour, 5% dark rye flour, salt, sour levain, flax seeds.

Product Description: This bread is a sourdough made from unbleached wheat flour and rye flour with added ground and whole flax seeds. The flax seeds are giving the bread a full “nutty” flavor while providing some of the essential Omega acids for good health.

Size: This loaf is round and weighs about 700 gr.

Grown over 9,000 years ago in Europe, time-forgotten SPELT (Triticum Spelta) has re-emerged as an exciting new product in the food market. After the 19th century it was forgotten, partly because of its lower yield in comparison to wheat and the need to mechanically dehull the grain before milling. In Europe Spelt is more commonly called "dinkel" and grows in the alpine highlands of Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
In comparison to hybridized wheat, Spelt's nutritional profile contains more protein, fat, a higher mineral content and more amino acids. Spelt has high water solubility that helps the body absorb its nutrients easily as well as being a great source of fiber. Spelt has large amounts of B-17 (anti-carcinoma). Special carbohydrates (Mulcopolysaccharides), an important factor in blood clotting and stimulating the body's immune system are also found in Spelt. All of this makes it an ideal training and endurance food especially for athletes wanting to carbo-load.
